Herley New England designs and manufactures custom microwave products in Woburn, Massachusetts. The 55,000 square foot facility includes a 5,500 square foot Class 100,000 clean room that meets all the requirements of FED-STD-209. We also have a Class 100,000 electrical testing area. This new area, located on the second floor, has the total capacity of 3,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 20 electrical technicians. Both areas have their own temperature, humidity and air particle control, to insure the proper manufacturing environment. In addition to environmental control, each area is protected against Electrical Static Discharge by means of ESD safe workstations, equipment, monitoring systems and employee training. Herley New England manufacturing will meet all the requirements for both space and military applications. In conjunction with the above facilities, Herley New England has earned ISO 9001 registration.
