Lancaster, PA   September 29, 2004. Herley Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:HRLY) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of certain assets of Reliable System Services ("RSS").  The entity will operate as Herley-RSS, a Delaware corporation and a subsidiary of Herley.
