Solid State Limiters
Produced by Herley New England -

How to Buy          Application Notes

Herley's Solid State Receiver Protectors are a direct replacement for traditional T/R tubes and deliver MTBF figures magnitudes higher. Our superior design is also capable of handling up to 10 KW of power. Plus, you can choose from any combination of passive limiting protection, sensitivity time control attenuation, gated transmitter pulse attenuation, built in test signals and detector monitoring. Additional features include exceptionally low insertion loss and typical VSWR of less than 1.5:1. Herley will offer the solution that best meets your needs.

MD-202X003 Solid State Receiver Protector
The MD-202X003 is a multifunction high power all solid state receiver protector in WR90 waveguide. It combines passive limiting protection, controlled sensitivity time control (STC) attenuation, gated transmitter pulse attenuation (bang snuff), a built-in-test signal injection port, and a detector monitor output of the high power limiter section (pre STC).
